Privacy notice (Data Privacy Act, RA 10173)

The Institute Student Government collects your ID number, name, course, year level and, optionally, your contact details and photo, only to keep the roster of ISG officers and members and to record attendance (time in / time out) at ISG activities. Your information is visible only to authorized ISG administrators and officers on duty, is not shared outside the ISG, and is kept for as long as your membership or records require. You may ask the ISG office to correct or remove your information at any time (Data Privacy Act of 2012, RA 10173).
